Samco Holding Prepares to Launch a New Project in the New Administrative Capital” – Tadawul News
The Samco Holding booth at the Cityscape exhibition witnessed high foot traffic from visitors, with the company achieving record-breaking sales during the first three days of the event. Exclusive offers were presented, including immediate delivery and a 10% discount on all fully finished units, complete with air conditioning, in its Fifth Settlement project. Additionally, the company continued its special launch offers for “The Five” project in the New Administrative Capital, which features competitive unit sizes ranging from 75 to 177 square meters.
Eng. Saddam El-Sayed, Chairman of Samco Holding Group, announced that the company is preparing to launch a new “Commercial – Administrative – Hotel – Medical” project in the New Administrative Capital, specifically in the MU23 area, on a total land area of 20,000 square meters.
He added that the company recently launched the “Rivali” project in the Fifth Settlement, which has achieved over 70% sales within just a few months since its launch. This success further reinforces client trust in Samco Holding Group.
Competition and Strengthening Presence
Eng. Saddam El-Sayed highlighted the company’s focus on expanding in the real estate development sector by entering the competitive market in the New Administrative Capital. Their strategy combines innovative real estate development and modern construction techniques.

Ibrahim Zayed, General Manager of Samco Holding, stated that the launch of this new project in the New Administrative Capital reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its presence in one of Egypt’s most promising investment areas. The project, located on a 20,000 square meter plot in MU23, lies between the R2 and R3 districts. This multi-use service area is traversed by Al-Amal Axis, which connects to the Ben Zayed North Axis and the Green River. The site is strategically positioned between two high-density residential districts, making it an ideal location for investment.
Diversified Land Portfolio
Dr. Ibrahim Sabry, Advisor to the Chairman of Samco Holding, noted that the company aims to enhance its presence in key real estate investment regions in Egypt.
Samco owns a substantial land portfolio acquired through direct allocation, including approximately 50 acres in New Cairo, 20 acres in October Gardens, and is currently working to secure 150 acres in Mostakbal City. The company is also keen on attracting top talents in the real estate sector, recently appointing real estate expert Hisham El-Fouly as the Head of Commercial Operations.
10 Billion EGP Sales Target
Hisham El-Fouly, Head of Commercial Operations at Samco Holding, expressed his excitement about joining the company, praising its focus on future-oriented planning and its vision that combines innovative real estate development with modern construction techniques.
El-Fouly revealed that the company is launching its largest project in the MU23 area, featuring unique designs that have never been implemented before. These designs were developed in collaboration with renowned consultant engineer Omar Aqeel, who previously designed and supervised projects such as Downtown in South Teseen and the Dusit Hotel.
Samco has also partnered with “INCOMMERCIAL” for managing the commercial operations, “DFS” for maintenance services, and “Elite” for leasing administrative units. Furthermore, the company is in talks with “Orange” for integrated smart solutions.
El-Fouly stated that the company targets sales exceeding 10 billion EGP, with a project execution period of approximately 3.5 years. This target is based on the trust of its clients and the company’s confidence in the construction sector. The project is set to be officially launched at a grand event.
